3 Bars You Need To Visit In Leeds

Best Bars In Leeds

I have to say, hand on heart, Leeds is one of my favourite cities to visit. We've been fortunate enough to rack up a number of trips there over the past few years and with those we've found a great selection of places to stay, places to eat and of course, establishments in which to drink. Today, I thought I'd touch on the drink aspect and share with you three bars you need to visit when you're next in Leeds.

What: Roxy Ball Room
Where: 58 Boar Lane, Leeds, LS1 6HW

What a place! As you can probably gather, Roxy is a ball room and I can't believe I'd never stepped foot in there before. You can literally play anything from table tennis to beer pong. THAT'S RIGHT YOU HEARD ME. Drinks are reasonably priced, the atmosphere is great and in my opinion, it's a brilliant place to start a night out.

What: Belgrave Music Hall and Canteen
Where: Cross Belgrave Street, Leeds, LS2 8JP

I absolutely love this place. Not only does it have a great selection of beers and the nicest slices of pizza but it has a fantastic rooftop terrace! I bloody love relaxing up there in the sun but boy does it get crowded - get there early for a good spot. Also, be sure to grab a slice of pizza on the way out, it's delicious!

What: The Liquorist
Where: Greek Street, Leeds, LS1 5RW

Looking for great cocktails in a classic lounge setting? Look no further than The Liquorist. There's a good selection of drinks which means there's something for everyone and the classic yet modern decor makes for the perfect place to sit and unwind.  It's not a trip to Leeds unless you stop by there on your way out.

Have you been to any of these places? What are your recommendations for your favourite city?
