14 Things To Do In Las Vegas

Well, I did it. I booked my 2017 holiday and you might have guessed by the title of this post, I'm heading back to Las Vegas. This will be my second trip to Sin City and I'm so beyond excited - though it's actually 8+ months away.

This time around I feel like I've already got my bearings and a few tips under my belt so I think it's going to be so much more relaxed in terms of 'Shit how do we get to the buffet?!' unlike last time. We're going in September so it will be quite warm and for one whole week. Blimey.

The above in mind, this time I wanted to maybe cover some things we didn't get to do last time and things I probably wouldn't have even thought about doing. Now, this isn't your usual list like 'See a show', 'See the Bellagio fountains'.. there are other things that, as I mentioned, I probably wouldn't have thought about doing if I hadn't looked into it and listened to other peoples experiences.

Even though we have loads of time left, I've started thinking lots about where to eat/drink/gamble so carry on reading to find out what I'll (hopefully) get up to.

1. Visit the sign & Stratosphere at night

2. Get real good at a table game - $20 Blackjack I'm looking at you.

3. See an Elvis impersonator

4. Drink a Fat Tuesday's all the way down the strip

5. Eat a several Philly Cheesesteaks

6. Drink at Skyfall Lounge

7. Check out the Foundation Room

8. See a gig at the House of Blues/Hard Rock

9. Visit the Neon Museum

10. Party at Marquee Day Club

11. Book a cabana for the day

12. Take advantage of Happy Hour at Fremont Street

13. Ride the high zip wire

14. Downtown Container Park

So there you have it. I know there's not a lot on this list but we've literally got 8 months to plan out what we're actually going to do.

I'd love to know if you've done any of these things or what else you'd add to the list if you were going to Vegas!
